The MPOWER APP is an interactive mental health app for youth. Sing and record songs, access MPOWER TV and MPOWER Master Classes.
Through a moderated peer-to-peer community, youth can support each other in times of need, reduce their feelings of isolation and work to break down the preconceived ideas and associated stigma of youth mental distress.
The app has inbuilt functionality to track the progress of our young users through regular mental wellness check-in questionnaires, ensuring our young people are thriving and receiving the professional support as and when they require.
