MPOWER PRO is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage and protect your Personal Information. All users of this service are to be aged a minimum of 13 years old.

We have adopted the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act). The NPPs govern the way in which we collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of your Personal Information.

What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?

Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information we collect includes names, addresses, email addresses, phone and postcode.

This Personal Information is obtained in a few different ways while using our app, including onboarding during account sign-up, in-app messaging and group posts.

We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing and improving our services to you, and to guide effective marketing. You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists or cancel your app account at any time.

Sensitive Information

Sensitive information is defined in the Privacy Act to include information or opinion about such things as an individual's racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, membership of a political association, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of a trade union or other professional body, criminal record or health information.

Sensitive information will be used by us only in fulfilling the optimal functionality of our app features to our end users.

Disclosure of Personal Information

Your Personal Information will never be sold or disclosed to any third party, with the exception of where required by law.

Security of Personal Information

Your Personal Information is stored in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

When your Personal Information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify your Personal Information. However, most of the Personal Information is or will be stored in protected client files which will be kept by us for a minimum of 7 years.

Access to your Personal Information

You may access the Personal Information we hold about you and to update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions. If you wish to access your Personal Information, please contact us in writing.

MPOWER PRO will not charge any fee for providing you a copy of your Personal Information.

In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.

MPOWER Classroom – Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Effective Date: 1, January 2024

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) applies to all users of the MPOWER Classroom service, operated by One Vision Productions. By accessing or using MPOWER Classroom, you agree to comply with this Policy.


1. Purpose

MPOWER Classroom is a secure, curated streaming service designed for use in schools to support learning and wellbeing. This Policy ensures the service is used responsibly, lawfully, and in alignment with its intended educational purpose.


2. Permitted Use

  • Access is granted only to authorised schools, educators, and students.

  • The service must be used solely for educational purposes in accordance with school agreements.


3. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Copy, record, redistribute, or publicly broadcast MPOWER Classroom content without permission.

  • Attempt to bypass or disable security controls or content protections.

  • Share login credentials outside of the authorised school community.

  • Use the service for unlawful purposes or in ways that could disrupt availability for other schools.


4. User Responsibilities

  • Schools are responsible for supervising student access and ensuring compliance with this Policy.

  • Users must keep login credentials secure and notify administrators if accounts are compromised.

  • All users must respect intellectual property rights and licensing restrictions.


5. Privacy & Data Protection

  • No user-generated content is collected or stored within MPOWER Classroom.

  • Personal information is handled in accordance with One Vision Productions’ Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including the Australian Privacy Act.


6. Enforcement

  • Breaches of this Policy may result in suspension or termination of access.

  • Serious violations may be referred to law enforcement or regulators.


7. Updates

This Policy may be updated periodically. The most current version will always be published on the MPOWER Classroom website.
