L-FRESH The LION is a Hip Hop artist and producer. He has worked with young people in Sydney’s South West, using music as a tool to connect young people with their own inner visions.

Originally from Sydney, trained in Hip Hop, Dancehall, House and Body Percussion, Mina has over 12 years dance experience gained in Australia, Japan, New York and LA.

Training across New York, Paris, Berlin, London, Tokyo, Brazil and regional Australia, Vanessa is a VAFTA-Award-winning choreographer and movement director.
