MPOWER PRO - Account Deletion
We understand that you may want to delete your MPOWER PRO account. This page explains how you can request account deletion and what happens to your data.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: Through the App
Follow these steps to delete your account directly from the MPOWER PRO app:
- Open the MPOWER PRO app on your device
- Tap on your profile icon in the top-right corner
- Tap on "Settings", you will navigate to Account Settings screen
- Scroll down and look for "Delete Account" button
- Select "Delete Account"
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm deletion

Option 2: Contact Support
If you cannot find the account deletion option in the app, you can contact our support team:
- Email: support@mpower.com
- Include your account email address in the request
- Specify that you want to delete your account
- We will process your request within 7 business days
Support Response Time: We typically respond to account deletion requests within 24-48 hours during business days.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
✓Data That Will Be Deleted
- Your personal profile information
- Account preferences and settings
- Progress tracking data
- Saved content and bookmarks
- Chat history and messages
- Any other personal data associated with your account
!Important Notes
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- You will lose access to all premium features and content
- Any active subscriptions will be cancelled
- We may retain certain data for legal or regulatory compliance
- Anonymous usage data may be retained for analytics purposes
Data Retention Policy
In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, we may retain certain information for a limited period after account deletion:
- Financial records (for tax and accounting purposes)
- Legal compliance data (as required by law)
- Security logs (for fraud prevention)
- Anonymous analytics data (cannot be linked to you personally)
