MPOWER Interactive App
We believe small actions practiced everyday can better youth mental health. Currently under development, the MPOWER Interactive App will be accessible to all students of participating schools for FREE.
Compatible with both Apple and Android smartphones and tablets, the MPOWER App hosts a variety of activities and learning resources designed to engage youth in passion-based learning and teach mindfulness.
Supportive
Through a moderated peer-to-peer community, youth can support each other in times of need, reduce their feelings of isolation and work to break down the preconceived ideas and associated stigma of youth mental distress.
The app has inbuilt functionality to track the progress of our young users through regular mental wellness check-in questionnaires, ensuring our young people are thriving and receiving the professional support as and when they require it.
Packed with Features
From youth being able to sing and record songs to comedians teaching cooking classes, world class creative artists teaching passion-based masterclasses in film, song, music production and hip-hop, Wim Hof practitioners teaching breathwork, meditation, yoga, dance and fitness instruction, plus heaps of health tips, the MPOWER App includes an abundance of engaging and educational content.

What's Included
For too long, mental health has been seen by youth as inaccessible and they feel stigmatised as being unwell when reaching for help. We need to interact with young people through a platform that speaks to youth culture, is fun and engaging. The MPOWER App does exactly this - it provides a platform that youth want to use, is cool and gives them the opportunity to work with people they respect and want to listen to.
