Jake Kemp

Jake Kemp has been beatboxing for 18 years and took out the title of Australia's beatboxing champion in 2014. He is a UK born beatboxer based in Byron Bay, New South Wales, Australia. He has been doing beatboxing since he was around five years old. His first memory is trying to make gun noises and explosion sounds with his mouth. After seeing his first beatboxing video on Youtube he put every ounce of energy into making beatboxing his craft. He found lessons on humanbeatbox.com and would show his friends at school the beats he learnt. He started busking in hallways and arcades and saved enough money to buy a little amp and mic. He would beatbox four to five hours a day nonstop! Jake’s specialty is dubstep beatboxing and he took out the title of Australia's beatboxing champion in 2014.
