Tabatha Smith is an experienced and passionate yoga and meditation facilitator. She aims to help students relieve tension and find more ease and delight in their bodies, minds and spirits. She warmly relates to people, aiming to meet them where they are at, no matter their previous yoga or meditation experience.
Due to her ultimate respect for the basic goodness and humanity of each person, she is able to create a safe and welcoming space for healing to unfold. She brings her experiences of life, love, parenting, yoga and meditation to her classes, which lends a playful, realistic and celebratory tone. She believes deeply in empowering her students to access their own internal wisdom and healing.
