Mark has been studying the art and practice of yoga and meditation for over 20 years with experience in most of the major yoga style and traditions, including Iyengar, Astanga, Sivananda and Satyananda, as well as many years practicing Daoist Qigong, Buddhist Vipassana, and Tantric Meditation.
Mark holds the highest level of formal qualification available for yoga and meditation teachers in Australia with over 1,500 hours of formal study with the Satyananda Yoga Academy. Mark teaches a dynamic, sophisticated and versatile style of practice - seeking to cultivate profound states of self awareness and calm - his classes explore the vast knowledge base of the yoga tradition in a meaningful and lighthearted way. Mark's classes embrace embraces the flow from modern vinyasa style practice with woven elements of yogic meditation practices, kundalini yoga, mantra, breathing practice, vedic meditation and mindfulness. Mark offers classes in Hatha Yoga (physical practice), Yoga Nidra and Meditation.
