I have been teaching yoga, Pilates, meditation and breath work for 15 years and I absolutely love what I do. My work is a great source of joy and enthusiasm for me, a constant evolution, learning more with each new client, and being committed and involved totally with my clients' needs and goals.
I’ve personally experienced the benefits and changes this practice has had on my physical, mental and emotional well-being, and it’s my pleasure to share it with the world! I have worked and trained with some of the most respected names in Yoga, with physiotherapists, doctors, swamis, monks and hospitals. My clients range from all professions, abilities and ages.
